OUR MUSICIAN

Jenő Árpád Dányi

Pianist

Árpád Dányi comes from a musical family – he is the son of renowned cimbalom artist Jenő Dányi, who toured the world from a young age with his instrument.

While most members of the Dányi family play string instruments, Árpád chose a different path and became a concert pianist.

He graduated from the prestigious Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music as a pianist and music teacher. He joined the Hungarian Radio Orchestra in 2005, and from 2007 performed in Japan, Los Angeles, and Vienna. Since returning to Hungary in 2016, he has been invited to numerous festivals as a guest pianist.

In his spare time, he teaches and performs regularly at the New York Café, Gundel Restaurant, and on board Spoon the Boat.

OUR MUSICIAN

Dávid Váradi

Pianist

Graduated from the Saint Stephen Conservatory in jazz and classical piano.
He is 28 years old, married, and comes from a family of musicians. With his father, the renowned violinist Kálmán Váradi, he has toured the world.

One of his biggest achievements was working for two years at a five-star hotel in Africa, which opened new doors for his career. Today, he performs with his wife in a vocal-piano duo, appearing at festivals both in Hungary and abroad.
